We understand that emergencies can happen at any time. That is why we have a dedicated emergency response team available 24/7 to handle any urgent issues that arise with your property.
Our in house dedicated team will provide your home with ongoing maintenance,
any odd jobs will be conducted by our very own in house maintenance team.
All cleaning duties will be conducted by our very own in house professional cleaning company which will maintain the standards and upkeep of the property.
If required we will fully furnish and carry out cosmetic refurbishment on the property to enhance your property's appearance and maintain a high-end spec throughout. This will continue during the term of the lease.
Step 1. Viewing your property to establish if it works for our clients.
Step 2. Exchange agreement until the agreed terms works for both our self and yourself.
Step 3. Both parties sign on the agreed contracts and then arrange the hand over of the property keys.
Step 4. We take over the management of your property and apply a light refurb if required.
Step 5. You sit back and relax whilst receiving your guaranteed monthly income for the remainder of the agreed term.
step 6 after the agreed term has ended our team will be happy to offer you the opportunity to renew your agreement or for you to take your property back.
if either of these options are not appropriate for your circumstances our team may be happy to offer you the proposal of purchasing your property from you.
